If you are having any acute or chronic medical issues please schedule a separate appointment for a problem visit. We ask that you not schedule your annual wellness exam to address any acute issues as your provider will need adequate time to address all your concerns. Please make sure you are selecting the appropriate provider and location when scheduling your annual appointment.
